Returning to today’s clash though – Arsenal de Sarandi proved that they can beat today’s opponents on their own ground earlier on this season, the only three points they’ve collected away from home this season. The hosts have also proven they’re capable of playing good football given the opportune moment, as rare as that apparently is at the present time. The visitors today, however, have given little sign that they’re capable of getting anything from this game. All that stands in favour of Gimnasia y Esgrima de Jujuy is that their hosts leak goals for fun at the moment. Despite that, I can only envision a home win. My call is 2-1, although I wouldn’t be surprised to see a rather exciting encounter despite the ineptitude of both sides, as this situation can often leave both sides attacking without care.
