FreeI think it’s fair to say that England have come on leaps and bounds under Fabio Capello. He’s made a good side look exceptional by giving them confidence in themselves. England aren’t a great side; that was shown as we were completely outclassed by Spain in a recent friendly. However, England fans are used to this stigma; what we like to see is effort and energy. Of course, winning doesn’t go amiss either, but the former are what we’ve been lacking for about 8 years now. However, our recent displays have been magical and have began to rekindle the olden days of Shearer and Sheringham. England’s new-found belief will have a wavering and ageing Ukraine side worried, and worried they should be too. I fancy a comfortable home win for England as they face some poor travellers at Wembley; 3-0 is my call.
