Just As Expected!
FreeThis weekend has gone, as the title says, just as expected! Well, for the most part at least anyways. I know I won a considerable amount of money, but more importantly, did you? If so, post your stories of success here as I’m probably going to need some distraction from the gloomy prospects of work! To further distract myself from this daunting theft of time, I’d like to point out how ridiculously droll the Greek Super League was this weekend. So many boring draws! These guys used to be feisty and aggressive and naive, even – but all that seems to be gone! Instead of that, we have a powerhouse team in Olympiakos Piraeus who seem unable to do anything but win and are almost certainly destined to win the league this year. Usual tital rivals Panathinaikos are naturally lurking not too far away, unlike the third of the “big 3” – AEK Athens. I’m not sure what’s happening to AEK Athens but what I can assure you is that they’re now shit. Hopefully this is only a temporary setback; competition is always welcome for every football fan everywhere! Anyway, onto the picks.
