That said, the difference between them is that the visitors are a considerable amount better than the hosts and could well be a spectacular find at evens. The reason for these good odds is partially due to the fact that MyPa Anjalankoski have lost their last two games and haven’t won a game on the road this season. Aside from MyPa Anjalankoski being the better side, the other fact that gives me hope is a rather blunt one; KuPS Kuopio are abysmal and destined for the Ykkonen next year. They’ve conceded an average of approximately 2 goals per game and I can’t see that ending today. I’m going to call 1-2 as a scoreline here.

Banfield vs Independiente – home win at 11/10. Both sides are in poor form but Independiente are the worst side in the division when it comes to away games having only picked up 1 point from a potential 21 in this campaign. That’s all that sways me for this game because it’s pretty damn convincing in my eyes, particularly as the hosts have won 4 from 7 games at home this campaign.
Sport Recife vs Atletico Paranaense – home win at 4/5. The hosts are buoyant after their surprise 4-2 win at home to Flamengo last match and it’s finally launched their Serie A campaign. They host a woeful Atletico Paranaense that have leaked 13 goals over just 5 games. The hosts are worthy of a better league position than the one they currently obtain and also possess one of the best home advantages in Brazil with their pitch composed seemingly of painted-green rock! I regard this bet as a real bargain though, be sure to take it up!
Botafogo vs Santos – away win & draw at 1/2. The visitors have made a superb start to this season and are the highest goalscorers in the division, averaging almost 3 goals per game. They’re currently unbeaten and travel to a side who haven’t even won a game this season. They’ve drawn their two home games and don’t look likely to win this fixture whatsoever. I’d be tempted to take this bet at 7/4 purely as an away win if it weren’t for the fact that two of Botafogo’s three points have come at home this season, making them unbeaten at home, and the fact that Santos have drawn 2 games away from home out of 3. Either way, there looks to be some serious value in this game.
Dalian Shide vs Shaanxi Zhongxin – home win. Both sides are in hit-and-miss form but the hosts are better placed entering this encounter. Why am I so confident for a home win then? It’s quite simple – Dalian Shide are the best home side in the league currently as they’re the only side that maintains a 100% record with four wins from four. The visitors haven’t won on the road this season and I think both of these records will remain entact following today’s game.
Deportivo Cuenca vs El Nacional Quito – home win at 7/5 is a steal. The hosts have won 6 from 8 home games this season and are a good side despite their deceptive league placing and emphasised by their appearance in the Copa Libertadores this season. The visitors are playing well this year but their away record is average at best. Whereas El Nacional Quito boast the better form entering this game, I’ll be surprised if they leave this game with anything at all.
Fjolnir Reykjavik vs Fylkir Reykjavik – home win at 6/4. This is quite a tough match generally because both sides are very capable of playing better football than they currently are doing. However, I’m really tempted to put some money on a home win here because Fjolnir Reykjavik have won the last 4 meetings between these sides in all competitions and the visitors haven’t won on the road this season. The hosts only have a 50% strike rate at home so I’d recommend smaller wagers rather than bigger, but I do fancy this game somewhat as a home win.
Honefoss BK vs Hamarkamaratene – home win at 6/4. After Hamarkamaratene’s surprisingly poor showing mid-week at home to Haugesund, the pressure of the fans to sack their manager seems to have affected the club massively, as do their financial issues. On top of that, this side are poor away from home and travel to a side who are decent at home but will smell blood for this game. Certainly worth a punt!
Sirius Uppsala vs Atvidabergs – away win at evens. After Sirius Uppsala destroyed my last bet due to woeful defending from Vasalunds, I expect them to make up for it by losing comfortably to the best away side in the division – Atvidabergs. The hosts have only won one game at home this season whereas the visitors have won four from five games on their travels this season. Aside from that, the visitors enter this game on the back of three straight wins and the hosts enter the game having managed to win only their second game of this season last match. I’m certainly feeling the away win here!
Aside from the above bets, the following trebles look intriguing and likely without the odds being too bad:

Lastly, if you want to place a large stake, consider a 5-team accumulator in Estonia containing Levadia Tallinn, Flora Tallinn, Trans Narva, Nomme Kalju and Sillamae Kalev. The reason you’d need a big stake is that despite this being a 5-team accumulator, you’ll still be lucky to get 2/1 as odds on this bet but I’d be exceptionally surprised if it didn’t come in.
