Leicester City vs Leeds United

League leaders Leicester City suddenly find that their large lead at the top of the table has been cut dramatically to 4 points by the massively in-form Peterborough United. Whereas even if Peterborough United overtook Leicester City, you could be forgiven for shrugging your shoulders in an expression of “So what?”. However, Leicester City have let that many points slip that they’re beginning to look a little nervous of being dragged into the play-offs. In my opinion, only two sides currently in the play-off places are capable of dragging Leicester City into the play-offs – one of which is Millwall and the other is Leeds United – the very same Leeds United that are travelling to the league leaders today. The visitors are drastically in-form and have certainly picked the right time to have it. However, points are mandatory if they want to escape the dreaded play-offs, the very place they were disposed of last season. 3 points today would all but see Leicester City promoted in the automatic promotion places. 3 points for Leeds United today would see the fight for the automatic places resume. All in all, this is boiling down to be a tremendous game of football. However, I’m going to piss on the fire and call a 1-1 draw, which doesn’t do a lot for Leeds United but ironically would probably be welcomed with open arms by Leicester City.

There’s rather a lot of games today, and quite a lot of them I like the look of. However, I have to strongly advise against betting in English League Two today as I fancy way too many draws to emerge than is likely to appear.
