New Leagues?
FreeI’ve been contemplating the addition of one or more leagues to what I cover on a weekly basis. I’ll list the leagues I’m prepared to consider researching and advising tips upon and all opinions are welcome:
Greek B Ethniki
Egyptian Premier League
Saudi Professional League
German 2. Bundesliga
Belgian Tweede Klasse
Russian First Division
Finnish Ykkonen
Norwegian Adeccoligaen
South African Premier League
Of course, there’s always a chance I’ll decide to do some of them whether you want me to or not, but that’s just the way I am. You can either comment on this post or email thefootytipster@gmail.com with your thoughts.
Also, although we’re still a couple of months short of the Veikkausliiga start, I’ve decided Honka are going to claim their first title in this division. They’ve got too much of a financial advantage over the other Finnish sides and are playing well to top it off. I don’t think Inter Turku are capable of repeating their feat from last season and I think rivals MyPa and Tampere United are far too inconsistent. The only realistc challenger I can see is HJK Helsinki if they bolster their strikeforce. Still, my money goes on Honka if you fancy a bet on it. Also, did anyone see Honka’s mauling of KuPS on the opening day of the Liiga Cup? KuPS aren’t a very good side, but 7-0 is simply far more comprehensive than you would expect – yet another sign of Honka’s strength, perhaps?
