Ok guys, thanks very much for the support with the Bet365 link and banner clicking – it’s really good of you all! If you could please continue to do this whenever you remember then it’d be greatly appreciated, especially if placing bets at that time. Thank you!

My secondary featured game today is the U21 Friendly between Estonia and Azerbaijan but to be honest, I’m still in two minds about this game. For me, 3/4 on Estonia winning is good value but I’m awaiting team news from Estonia before I can confirm. If the squad is as I expect then the below preview applies but I’ll confirm later today as to whether it’s as I expect or not…

Basically, Estonia’s national team and U21 team are improving all the time. This nation’s football quality is improving a lot, in my opinion, although it naturally goes unnoticed most of the time. They’ve grown in stature, in tactical prowess, in skill, and even in finesse. This Estonia U21 side has produced the likes of Kaimar Saag, Sander Puri, Sergey Zenjov, Albert Prosa, and Marko Meerits over the past couple of years and they’re all on their way to making it on a bigger stage than the Meistriliiga. Estonia still have quite a lot to learn, of course, but the quality is definitely growing and I feel they’re quite far ahead of Azerbaijan right now.

I respect the Azeri first team but the U21 side isn’t one I fear, to be honest. They’ve got smatterings of decent players and their football quality is also on the rise but they’ve got a lot more to learn than Estonia, in my view.

All I want to do is affirm that Estonia are taking this friendly seriously and I’m interested. If they’re taking bit-part players then I’d avoid it but as I said earlier in the preview, I’ll confirm later today what kind of squad they have.

Verdict: Estonia U21 to win at 3/4.
