FreeI think we need to discuss this side as most people are under the misconception that they’re a good side. They’re not. Valencia have got some absolutely outstanding individuals – David Villa, David Silva, Joaquin etc. but they simply don’t function as a unit, which seriously underpins their ability to win matches. If they come up against an organised outfit i.e. Real Valladolid then they’ll struggle, as was exemplified at weekend. They gave away a golden chance to knock Dynamo Kiev out of the UEFA Cup but let that slip also. Basically – this side isn’t the side they once were so beware if you are thinking of betting on them at any point!
