Previously high-flying Wycombe Wanderers have been on an abysmal run of late with no wins in five games, which has seen them slump from the automatic promotion places down to the play-off places. They won’t like that one iota, especially having been cruising at the top of the division for the vast majority of the season. Tonight they entertain Barnet, arguably the worst side in the division. It really shouldn’t matter what form the hosts are in as to whether they win or not – I simply can’t see another outcome. Barnet are destined for the division below, either this year or next, so I’m content backing a home win in this game.
